Almost Heaven

I have written several articles before and have returned to write yet another. Since my last writting, I have experienced the paranormal world in a very devine way. By this I mean, communications from the spirit world have spoken to me and told me things to tell other people whether they be family or friend. I will give some examples.

While in PA for my husband's High School Reunion, my Mother in Law wanted to go to her Daughters grave site. Buried along side of Donna is Donna's daughter MJ. They died in the same car accident and both died of identical broken necks. This was in December 79. My husband and I got together in 80, so I never met his sister or his niece. Anyway, we were at the cemetery and my sweet Mother in Law could not find the grave site.

I started walking toward other graves and all of a sudden I heard "Katie, we are over here". I followed the sound and I stood before a grave. I asked my husband Craig what their last name was and he told me and sure enough I looked on the tombstone and that was the names that was on them. My Mother in Law asked how I found them and my husband told her. After leaving that cemetery we went to my Father in Law's grave site (I wrote a story about him called "Pops" in OBE December 2000). It was raining while we were on the way to his grave and my Mother in Law was concerned that the slick grass would be hard for her to get to the grave site. Pops told me "It will not be raining when you reach the cemetery where I am". Sure enough, it had stopped raining and she was able to get to his grave with no problems.

While at his grave I could hear him laugh and my Mother in Law asked me if he was talking to me and I told her "Yes". She asked what he was saying and I told her that he said "He loved her and he thanked her for all she did for him and he also said that he was at peace and not in pain." Probably 2 or 3 months later he actually visited her while she was not feeling well. She was sleeping and felt something pick her feet up and sit down and put her feet on their lap. It scared her and she called me afterwards to tell me what had happened. I told her that he probably was there to see her.

When she was in the hospital and knocking on Heaven's door herself, Pops came to her room as she smelled his Old Spice cologne and she told him at that time she was alright. When she had her surgery, I could hear her telling me "Katie, I am alright" It was her voice and I was a bit concerned that she was communicating with me as she was not dead, it was explained to me that it was Astral travel. She had yet another surgery and she asked me when she had recovered if I had heard her talking to me and I said "Yes Maam" She said, "What did I say?" and I told her and she confirmed that what I had heard was very correct to the word.

Lately, I have been seeing figures around me and they are in full form and I have yet to identify who they are, but I am sure in time they will reveal themselves to me.

The smell of flowers are still there and the "Instant Messages" are there for me to tell and I have been told that " have to tell what they say or I will lose my gift". Well, being a "Dumb Human Being" I doubted this and they have backed off a lot. Now, I feel that they know I am more intuned to them and that I will honor my gift. They have let me know for sure that the voices I hear are NOT my imagination but actually the spirit world. It is a very blessed state of mine being that close to Heaven. That is all I have to say for now and you can be sure that my sister and I will be back soon with more of our stories that will either scare you or make you realize that the spirit world really does exist!!! But, the key is to keep and open mind and believe...........................
