Angels to the Rescue

My grandmother has the most amazing angel stories. I don't know how much space I have so I'll do my best. Well, background first because it's important. My grandmother (I won't reveal names to protect privacy) was born and raised in El Salvador, married an awful man and had four kids with him. Now, this man is awful and it's a shame that he's not dead yet. One night my grandfather was really angry with my grandmother and wanted to kill her. She was sleeping. So he went downstairs got a machete(I hope I spelled it right)came upstairs and she wasn't in bed. He was furious. He went around the house with the knife in his hand searching everywhere for her. He went outside to look for her. By the time he was done running around everywhere he had calm down. He put the knife back in the kitchen went upstairs and there she was sleeping in bed. He never said anything to her until they came to Canada and divorced. He told her about that night. I asked my grandma where she had gone and she said nowhere. She had been sleeping the whole time. Here's another story. My grandfather was again really mad with my grandmother because she would not make him breakfast because he was being an ***hole. She went into the living room to pray (she prayed a lot-I'm pretty sure you would,too)but with her eyes open. He got the knife and slashed her back with it. My grandmother didn't know what to do since she knew he wouldn't stop hitting her. But then she saw him running out of the room. She didn't know why and thought he was just crazy. So she went and asked him. He told her that when he had slashed her someone had shoved him really hard and told him to leave my grandmother alone. This scared him greatly and he ran out of the room. Trust me there are more of these stories but I'm running out of space. I've always been skeptical about some of the stories that are written on this sight. These ARE true even if they are hard to believe. The only reason my grandmother is alive today is because of those angels that came to her in times of need. It's good to know that those people who suffer endlessley in the world today do have someone who watches out for them. God bless those angels.
