The Angry Spirit and an Aunt Looking to Say Hello

Hi, I have two stories to tell. One happened when I was maybe 6 or 7 years old. I was watching TV in my living room while sitting on the rug. The next thing I knew, I felt something hit me in the back of the head, that felt like a frying pan. When I got up, I don't think there was any mark or bump where I felt pain. I asked my sister if she did it, but she was too young, and I didn't have any friends over. Could it have been an angry spirit? You decide... I'm positive this one is true. The other one happened when I was very little. My mom told me that she was feeding me in a high chair, when I reached out behind her and said, "Aunt Ruby, your hair is so long and pretty..." My mom swears that one is true, and I beleive it.
