Ghost at My Work Place

My story is pretty basic!
It happened in Aug 2003.

I work at a big supermarket (not mentioning name, sorry). One day I went to work and it was an average day. I went on my 15 min break at about 8pm. I needed to visit the loo at my break, so from the staff canteen I went to the changing room which has the toilet joined with it.

When I went in there was no one in any of the three individual toilet cubicles, I went in one of them and had a pee.

When I came out I went to the sink to wash my hands, but as I was doing this I heard a noise from the corner toilet cubicle, it was like someone was in there, so I went up to it and investigated. There was no one in there so I went to the sink again, as I started to wash my hands I heard the same noises again, this time I realised what it was and I walked away from the toilets and quickly headed my way to the shop floor, but as I was going down the stairs I heard someone following me, I looked back but no one was there, so I ran down. Later I found out that there is a poltergeist in the top floor of the supermarket.

Other staff have experienced it too.
