Ghost or Angel

Recently I had the horrid task of having to put down my old german shepherd dog after a long battle with cancer. "Emma" had been a loving and faithful pet, who was dearly loved and adored by myself and my kids. During her last few months of her life, she spent most of her time sleeping in my daughters bedroom, where she woudnt be annoyed by the other doggy members of our family. After her passing, we spent some time grieving over her loss, but did not expect to see her again, for we were all sure, she had gone to heaven. However over the last month, she has visited my daughter on occasion who has felt and seen her presence in her bedroom. Now I put it all down to my daughters teenage imagination, for I can be quite skeptical about such matters, however tonight I have come to the conclusion that perhaps she is visiting us, for some odd occurences have happened around the house. "Emma's" son "Johny" is our number one watch dog. He is by nature very wary of strangers and seems to have a inate ability to sense vibes that people give out. Anyway tonight while my youngest son was watching tv, he observed the dog licking thin air!, so he called out to me "Mum I think Johny has gone mad, he is licking thin air". now I assure you I have never observed Johny behaving before like this, although he can be quirky at times. I first of all responded with just ignore it, the dog has obviously gone nuts, then slowly it dawned on me! Johny always used to lick his mothers face when he greeted her as a sign of affection! so perhaps Emma had come to visit us again?
