Ghosts and Lights

A couple of months ago I was in the computer room that I am in now. My dog was in here with me. I was laying on the floor by the closed door petting my dog. All of a sudden I heard the light switch click and the lights went out. I knew it wasn't the electricity going out because i could see the glow of the computer screen and the light from under the door from the hallway. It scared me so I just layed there for a bit. Then turned around and got up. The light switch was turned to off. I flicked it back on and the lights worked perfectly. I know it must have been a ghost becuase no one else was in the room and what other explanation is there for it?
