Ghosts in the Night

When I was a bit younger and still slept with a night-light on, I woke up in the middle of the night, About two or so. I used to sleep on a twin bed and it was about two feet away from my wall. When I had woke up I looked over to my left, toward the wall, and saw a man standing next to me in a black suit. He had white hair and was obviously a bit older due to his wrinkles and other faciel features. I remember he didn't scare me at the time. He was just looking down at me. It actually kind of put me at ease I think. He looked sort of like he was made of smoke. Like I could see through him. I then looked toward the foot of my bed and saw against the other wall a little boy. he was quite short with brownish hair and with a red mesh jacket with a green and blue stripe on each of his sleeves. He was also wearing light blue jeans and tenna shoes. He also had the smoke looking effect to where you could see through him. I just turned on my side facing away from the man and fell back asleep. Then in the morning I woke up and told my dad about it. I remember him just sorta making a joke of it. But I know it wasn't a dream of just my imagination. I have many other experiences as well.
