Haunted House?

There are three things that have happened in my house that have convinced me it's haunted. The first happened around Christmas 2001. I was in my room, after having just woken up. It was really quiet, but then all of a sudden I heard this sound, like a little girl weeping. Thinking it was my sister, who's room is right across from mine, I walked across the bathroom and looked into her room. My sister had already gone downstairs. The weeping continued and it was getting even louder. Now it sounded like it was coming from the hallway.I walked out the bedroom door into the hallway and called out, "Who's there?" As soon as I said that the weeping stopped. I ran downstairs and told my parents, but they both said that they had heard nothing. My sister was sitting on the couch, happily playing with her toys, and all the TVs and radios were turned off. Spooky, huh?

The second thing that happened came about a little while later, about 6 months or so. My parents had gone on a two day trip to South Carolina and my 16 year old cousin was staying at the house with me to help me watch my sister. Well, we decided to sleep on the couches that night because we had watched a movie and didnt feel like climbing the thirteen steps to the second floor. (Hey I just realized that. There are THIRTEEN steps. Coincidence?) So later on about 2:00 in the morning, I was woken up by loud footsteps coming from the upstairs. I thought I was imagining it, but I sat up to listen more closely and I could still hear it very clearly. So (and I still dont know how I managed this one)I gathered up my courage and checked upstairs. I couldn't find a single thing that could have made that noise.

The last thing that happened may not seem too scary, but it scared the crap out of me. I was sitting on my bed doing homework when I heard this squeaking noise coming from my bathroom door. I looked up to find my bathroom door, which had been shut completely, slowly opening up. It was cold outside so all the windows were closed and the air wasn't on. And to this day I still have no idea what has caused any of the incidents.
