Headless Horseman of Spring Mount

It was just another routine night at the Scout cabin, camping with the soon-to-be new scouts. Late that night, after the 1:00 AM pizza that an adult ordered i decided to go for a little walk in the woods near the Perkiomen Creek. all of a sudden i saw the dull outline of a horse trotting 5 feet above the water in a slight arch as if.... on a bridge. Upon the horse was a headless man, in Colonial clothes. Now to understand why i might be a bit startled at seeing this i should explain why there is a headless Horseman of Spring Mount. back in the 1700's there was a tavern in the area that had a very evil and greedy owner. He would kill people who stayed over-night by decapitating them. Then he would steal anythign valuable, including their money. Their heads were placed under under stones upon a near-by bridge. The boddies were thrown into the Perkiomen Creek, which was named that back then. One stormy night a traveler, seemingly same as the rest, came into his tavern. That night he killed him, like all the others. Ever since then the horseman upturns stones on bridges in order to find his head, to this day he has not found it. Now i saw the rider dismount and move something that i could not see. Then i felt eyes upon me, but he had none so basically his body was pointed toward me. He mounted his horse again and rode off the bridge to my side of the river. I didn't hang around, even if he wass a ghost that saber on his belt was enough to send me back to my tent.
