An OOBE

My first OOBE, that I remember, happened in 94' when I was 17. It began while I was sleeping, I "woke up" and i was next to myself backing up. I saw light from the highway hotel across from my back yard window. I felt cold but it didn't bother me, I was more curious about the light so got closer to it and found that I was crossing my back-yard. I don't remember getting through the fence but I was in the parking lot of the hotel where several people were outside drinking, it seemed like someone saw me and all of the sudden I felt terrified maybe that person was,anyway someone threw something at me and I raced back to myself. Boom! i was in my body again and the whole room I was in looked like a jumble of shapes spinning around me. After a little while that seemed long it all stopped spinning. I still felt the fear i had before so i hid under my covers I was afraid to sleep so I stayed there. That was the first time that happened.
