South Side Park II

Extremely distraught out our inability to get any pictures, we decided to return the next night. The second night it was still just the three of us, Investigator Fleming, Investigator Bradley, and myself. We tried to get our final member, Investigator Varner to come along, but he had to work and couldn't make it. We seemed to reach the tree a little quicker this time (which we found amazing to STILL BE THERE! A fallen over tree, blocking a bike path in a state park had been left for a whole day!), and looking around carefully, found a small path that went around the top of the tree, and snaked back to the main path.

We found the cemetery about ten yards away from the tree, fenced in by an iron fence. The cemetery was pretty average, except for the age and small size, but what was of extreme strangeness was a metal chair located five yards to the left of the cemetery. It looked as if it had been there for several decades, corroded and with almost all of the paint chipped off. This night we all came out with two rolls of 800 speed film this time, just to be safe. We used half of the first roll on the way in, used the rest of the first roll and half of the second roll at the cemetery and chair, and used the rest of the film on the way out, hurrying as the need to leave began to sneak upon us again. It wasn't as strong this night (we had arrived earlier than last night and apparently whatever is out there only comes out fairly late).

We almost flew to CVS, hoping to find something of extreme interest, as we were all three convinced we had gotten SOMETHING that night. To our dismay and complete shock, however, out of 148 frames nothing developed. NOTHING! Now, the head of photography at CVS had suggested that the 400 speed film might have been too slow at that small amount of darkness, but 800 speed SHOULD have caught something.

As a paranormal investigator, I have come to the conclusion that there is something at South Side Park and I intend on finding out what this summer. If you are interested in joining us, email me and I will see what can be arranged.
