Okay, I admite it, I'm 24 years old and I watch cartoon network. All fine and good, except for the dead air that sometimes happens between shows. I can see two people in the tv. One looks like a middle aged man and the other like a younger female. I can only see them for a second or two and their not always there. I thought it might have been another channel coming in, but it also happens when I watch Scifi channel. Just on those two channels. can any one explane this?
