Cat Visions and Hauntings?
From: Mayara Story type: Ghost Location: My home and outside of it Source: Form Submission
Hi, I'm Mayara, and I'm here to tell you my stories. Well, I've had quite a few cats in my life. (I'm only a child, so..) I've had four cats that are no longer with us, and three cats that are living with us right now.
Well, my story has two parts. The vision and the meaning.
~~~The Night Before Vision~~
Before I can tell you my story, I need to give you some backround information. I had a cat, Gromit, who had died recently from either kidney failure or a cat disease called FIP. My cat, Oscar, had been very close to Gromit and mourned his death. So we got him a new playmate, an orange cat named Jack. Now, I was sleeping one night with my cat, Oscar, the day before we were to take him to the vert for a checkup, and I had a vision. My vision was the following: I was staring in my glass door from the outside, looking at my cat, Oscar. I looked again at him and he started to change appearance. His fur started to look like Gromit's and his eyes were now the same as Gromit's. I thought is was Gromit, so I went inside and hugged Oscar/Gromit, saying "Gromit! You're BACK!" But suddenly, the cat I was hugging ran into the hall and disappeared. I turned around and saw a stray cat wander in my house and vanish.
~The vision meaning~
The day after, the vet called and told us Oscar had FIP and was to be
put to sleep. Oscar was my best buddy and I was very depressed after
this. I have never shed so many tears in my life. After Oscar died,
Jack was very depressed. So we got a new kitten named Spoo. (Short for
Spooks.)We found out that day that Jack had gotten FIP from Oscar, and
was to be put to sleep. We got rid of Spoo the next day because it was
obvious she had gotten FIP before we got her. My dream was an omen.
