Evil Presence

I awoke a little after midnight (it was still very dark anyway)shaking physically but not knowing why. I was alone at home and in bed and I felt that there was a presence that felt so real you could almost touch it. It felt sort of heavy too. I noticed that I was not the only thing shaking (although I had stopped myself by then), the wardrobe was visibly shaking too and the lamp shade was moving along with the door to my room which was moving open and shut. On top of all this I felt that I could percieve this very powerful evil presence at the bottom of the stairs (I don't know where it was actually because I was horrified in bed). I don't know why but I just felt that it was coming to kill me. It was like a bullet was coming for my head and just as sure as death would follow that, then death would follow the coming of this presence. I was not a Christian at that time but I remembered reading that if you ask the Father anything in Jesus' name then it would be done. So I prayed for protection. After a few minutes the disturbance in my room had subsided and I felt cocooned against the evil force. I slept the rest of the night like a baby and awoke refreshed in the morning. I was awake during this time, if I had imagined it I would still not have been able to sleep the way I did afterwards. I am now a Christian training for ministry.
