One night around 2:00a.m. I was watching t.v. just like I do every Friday night, when I heard this strange crunching noise outside of my window exactly where our garden is. I got pretty scared and also worried for the safety of my vegetables, so I decided to investigate. Luckily I happened to have a trusty bat at hand so I went out.(Mind you that our garden is huge, encompassing nearly 3/4's of our property so it would be easy for a large creature to be lurking there).

I neared the gate and noticed that the gate was still latched, and our fence was 8 feet tall!!! Know I was really scared but I continued anyway not paying any attention to the 60 plus pound bags of fertilizer that were scattered around the premises like confetti. As I searched for the suspected trouble-maker I noticed blood smeared on the leaves of our corn plants. At that point I felt like bolting the heck out of there but something in me told me to keep going, so reluctantly I went in and low and behold there in the corn was the mutilated body of a full grown male deer. It was the most gruesome sight that I had ever witnessed and it made me gag. There were intestines hanging from stalks and fluids on the ground it was awful.

In an instant I realized that I could be dealing with a dangerous carnivore so I ran as fast as I could back to my house, just in time to see a terribly deformed woflish looking creature on two legs hopping our fence heading straight for the place I had been to just seconds before. (All these events though farfetched actually occurred.)
