Ghostly OOBE

About 5 months ago, I had a really scary OOBE at about 6pm london time. I was taking an evening nap in my mothers bedroom and i fell asleep quite quickly but then 'woke up' and sleepily slid myself off the side of the bed all slumpily so that i was lying on the floor, i found myself really very heavy so I dragged myself along on my stomach using my forarms to the bedroom door and opened it.

I layed there, for what seemed like and hour, staring at the end of the landing feeling content and i thought about how long it would take my body to wake up so i can go get something to eat. then my legs felt fine and i stood up to go downstairs but something made me turn around, the bedroom went into brown and white (like black and white, but brown and white, exactly like those olden style photos) and infront of the dressing table where the computer chair normally is, (where I'm sitting right now getting totally freaked) sitting down was this little girl with long brown curly hair in a sort of victorian dress.

i was really shocked and didn't want to move so i lifted my right arm and waved at her, she waved back but then something lifted me near the ceiling and the room was back in its normal colour again, the light was off but the bedlamp was on, i could tell there was someone moving on the computer chair but i couldn't move to see who it was, i remember feeling she was still smiling and waving at me which is kinda strange. i felt like i was getting crushed against the air beneath me and was really frantic because i was so paralyzed, i wanted to run and scream but i couldn't and then i wanted to cry, but my face felt like a rock. i started floating toward the bed and i could see me in my bed, and i was lying in the same position as the 'other me' in the bed.

That's when i realised what was happening and i felt myself go back into myself and immediatley 'woke up'. From where i was lying, behind the computer chair was a big man, facing away from me. He was in a red top and looked almost like 'hook' the pirate with longish black curly hair. My body was paralyzed again but my face wasn't and i tried really hard to open my eyes from the dream, but then i was terrified to realise my eyes were open, i could feel the air on them. i started to hope it was my dad using the mirror and I tried to say "hello?" managing to move my lips but i couldn't speak at all, instead i heard my throat hiss. and the stood there for so long. and i was terrified.

then i woke up properly, but i can't remember where the man went. my friend said that there's a pair of ghosts that have done the same to her and that she read up on it once, she said that there was a woman ghost who paralyzed the person in their sleep and a man ghost, who wakes the person up and scares them (or somethign similar).

i want to know if any one else has heard about this particular ghostly OOBE. i would like to hear from anyone who has experienced the ghost couple's scary presence and any site addresses where i can get info on this particular type of thing. thankyou very much for reading and please email me at ryouko4masaki@hotmail.com thankyou xxxx LAUREN
