Justin, I used to have floating incidents when I was younger. (15-28). This was a time of great stress in my life, school, boys, parents, pressure, so I don't know if that made them happen. I had one where was I in class and floated up to the ceiling. Another I was in the gym. Same thing, I started flapping my arms and up to the ceiling I went. I was literaly floating (flying) all around the gym. Another I was in a library. All the same. Me flapping my arms to get down or stay up. Sometimes I could not get down, I just had to wait and then eventually I would start coming down.

I am 37 now and have not had a floating dream in a while. I am however now plagued with seeing my mother who passed away in 2001. She never accepted the fact she was dying and obviously is not happy about it. The dreams started this past Jan and i have had 3. We just we moved down here to Florida from WA state. She died in VA so I am wondering in because now I am so much closer........ ya know. Who knows. Just kinda bothers me seeing her in my sleep, scares me mostly I guess. Makes me think I'm next. :) Deb
