Ouijas are Only Dangerous in the Hands of Ignorance

I've read most of the stories on this site, and I love visiting. However I have seen more stories about "Evil" Ouija board occurrences than I have of good ones. Ignorance is ultimately the reason for the evil stuff that occurs during use of the Ouija board and after use. Here are some facts I know from my own use in the past:

This board isn't a toy and shouldn't be used by children as entertainment. The Ouija board is like opening a doorway to the unknown, unless you are gifted in your spiritual insights and able to keep your activities limited to dealing with beings from the light of God I wouldn't suggest ANYONE to mess with a Ouija board. Don't EVER ask for "ANY SPIRIT" to visit. That is like asking the Devil himself to come out to play, and honestly that isn't the most intelligent thing to do. Ask only for a spirit that is of the light of god, for the highest good of all concerned. Asking for any spirit is like throwing your house key into a crowd of people, you don't know whom will come walking in.

Always keep your head on straight. Freaking out, cursing at the board, ripping up the board or burning the board isn't going to win you any points with the unknown. Bless your home and your board before use. I suggest white sage, white candles and a group prayer before and after working with a Ouija. Bringing your angels to your side doesn't hurt either. Here is a prayer that I use before, during and after I use the board. " For the highest good of all concerned we are under the protection and love of our lord God, the angels and archangels". I prefer using Archangel Michael quite a bit so you can substitute quite a bit with that small prayer.

No Arguments in your Ouija group or distractions Turn off televisions and telephones, for obvious reasons. If one of your members during the Ouija use is acting like an idiot, end the conversation immediately with the spirit and advise them to stop, if they want to stop use of the board tell them to be courteous to the rest of the group and not say anything that might anger or irritate a spirit. This prevents the spirit from leaving mid conversation or getting angry. Spirits can sense your surroundings, so irritated children or arguments are not wise to have during use. You will attract what is attracted to you.

Use Common Sense. Keep in mind that you must leave every spirit on a good note, it is common sense that although you have your angels there with you and God over seeing the situation that you are responsible for yourself and your own safety. Ouijas' are thought to be harmless to some people, but to others has been all too real of a nightmare. Keep you head on straight!

Disposal of a Ouija Board. I would suggest not destroying the board after you don't want it anymore. Donate it to a local charity or even a used game/book store. I hope this gives you more of an idea of what would be a good idea during Ouija use.
