Who's Home?

This event happened at my boyfriend's house. It was a quite, late afternoon. My boyfriend and I were home alone. We were in his bedroom, he was taking a nap and I was a little bored. So I went searching around his room for something to do. I found the bible for children and began reading it. About 20 minutes into the book I heard two footsteps, loud, like he was wearing boots, outside of my boyfriend's room and thought nothing of it.

Actually I though his father had come home. He keeps his bedroom locked, (trust issues) anyways I can usually hear him pull his keys out but I waited and heard nothing. So I freaked out and told my boyfriend someone was in the house. He got up went looking for his bat. He checked all the doors and windows; everything was locked from the inside. No windows or doors were broken.

So who was it that was in the house? His mother says that it was her brother's spirit, he was listed in the army during his younger days. The spirit is always wearing army fatigue pant, a tank top and combat boots. There has been other in counters with him to some of the other family members. His been seen running in the hallway by my boyfriend's older brother and a friend of mine has seen him setting on the couch looking at us in the kitchen.
