A series of events happened that gives me the proof that this was a "justified" haunting. When I met my lover his friends had two elderly parents who needed to be watched over during the day and I volunteered. Faye was a very old looking woman who had been sent home from the hospital because there was no treatment possible to make her final days on earth better. Cancer had eaten away this formerly active woman that everyone I mean every single person I ever asked what she was like, said she was a "b----". Even her husband Clayton said he was a "B----". Clayton was not suppose to walk and I was assigned to take care of them and make sure Clayton didn't walk around and complicate his leg problem.

My first day there, three hours into my duties Faye died in the kitchen. My career at adult day care ended. About three years later her husband died and my roomate and I moved into the house. We finally started to get Faye and Clayton's items moved and sold for the estate after 4 yard sales and two auctions.

We had set up our computers and after that my front light would turn on and off. After and electrician looked over the house I said to Ok I understand but please don't mess up the computer. Our cat would walk into the living room look and me in my rocking chair and suddenly my computer would turn on, it was on a switch and it happened with or without Ed in the house. I bought a new base with the switches under the monitor and it kept happening. While I would play my guitar in the front room I could see someone out of the corner of my eye turning no one was there. This was not a shadow but a full person.

I finally talked to Ed and he said it was Faye because he had seen her several times. I accepted it and was really happy she seemed to have fun. After a life time of being called a naughty name I hope she was happy on earth for once.

The biggest thing that happened was on a Tuesday evening in early Spring. I was doing dishes while Ed watched TV, Ms. Stubbs (our cat) walked over to the kitchen entrance and I turned around to say hi to her. When I did all not one but ALL the kitchen cabinets opened and closed. I stood there as the cats look seemed to say "Didn't you see that coming?" I dried my hands and sat down in my chair and told Faye she got me good. The lights on and off continued until the landlord said to buy the house or leave. We bought another house and my last time in the empty house I invited Faye with us and then we moved to another playful house that we are in love with.
