The Ghost at On The Deck

Alright, I have been working at my store for about 3 years now. My job is to put together patio furniture and grills up in the attic of our store. Our store is roughly 100 years old and has been various businesses.

My brother, who has also worked there, told me about the ghost up in the attick. When he told me the story about the ghost, I was skeptical. I figured he was making up this elaborate story just to give me a good scare. However, I would later find out he was telling the truth. During my first year working there, I spent a lot of time up in the attick, where this supposed ghost was lurking, but I never experienced anything.

One day, I was working late into the evening, and I got the feeling that I was being watched. It gave me shivers up my spine. And then I heard a dull moan. I didn't want to believe what i was hearing, so I just convinced myself that it was the old pipes, or perhaps a truck driving passed the store.

I talked to a few other workers that have been there a little while longer then me. They all agree that there is something up there. I was still skeptical about the ghost experience, because I was able to come up wtih a logical explanation for what had happened. I would soon find out that logical explanations were no longer a factor anymore. I was upstairs with my brother putting a grill together, while he was taking inventory. And i felt something tugging on my pants. I looked around, and there was no one in sight. I then heard a noise that i will never forget. It was the sound of a little girl giggling.

Since then I have never really experienced any other ghost happenings, however other people have, such as doors slamming, cold chills, flickering lights, shadowy figures, and many more. We are not sure, why the ghost chose to haunt our store. We believe that there is more then one ghost haunting our store. We believe that there is certainly a little girl roaming the halls causing mischief any way she can. However, we also have had many sightings of a much larger figure. Perhaps a family was killed when our buidling was still an apartment complex, who knows. It is for sure thought, that our store is haunted.
