Ghost of the Garden

I found this letter in my attic a month ago today and I feel I must tell someone about is. Here it is

Dear Margie, Yesterday something very strange happened. I witnessed a dog run accross a road when a car was coming. This may not seem strange to you but I was very concerened when both the dog and the car vanished. I was sure it was a trick of the light or my old eyes but now I am not so sure. please can you assure me I was wrong and nothing happened. I tried to take photo's but they did not turn out as a I had seen them. Love Elsie 17th October 1905

I did not think much of this letter until yesterday when I witnessed the same thing. This is strange because it was 100 years later than this incident exactly. Was is stranger still is I found today the bones of a small dog at the bottom of my garden and the hind left leg is almost shattered as if it had been hit with extreme power. The car that hit the dog was very old fashioned and looked very old. I do not know what to make of this.
