It Was a Party

This apartment is really neat, and either it, or I am kind of haunted (it is probably me).

It started with feelings of foreboding about 3 - 6 months after moving in. Shadows just out of site, around corners they just peek around. Disturbing dreams that almost seem to continue even when I wake up (I get up and walk around first). Dark clouds and shadows during the day and night. We live in an apartment so noises are always suspect to the mundane.

While on-line on my laptop a ball/point of light emerged from the back of my monitor and slowely moved back into the wall about 18in away with a slight left drift. If you have ever seen how a bright laser looks on a white wall, this point was bright white that in 3D (It was eerie but beautiful the way it shined and seemed to move so fluidly).

Fairly recently I was sleeping at around 12 - 2 am. The first of two dreams was me telling a particular spirit that I couldn't help her because she didn't know enough about what she wanted help with to help her as the apartment is in no way connected with her life or death. She cried, but seemed to appreciate being given direction, or a task.

In the next dream I got out of bed in the middle of the day to find sisters late pet dog lying in hiding. I tried to comfort him an asked if anyone else was around. I think I remember someone being with me just behind my periferal vision. I also heard someone upstairs in the loft area. I met a young man who was shorter than me with strait red hair with gold hilights. We spoke for some time and ended up talking while watching TV and siting in my bed. He was siting where my wife usually does, and this unsettled me.

In the real world a woman who was not my wife (wrong voice by far) was wispering nonsense words and phrases into my ear. I awoke facing the open bedroom door, and the image of my mothers late father. He looked at me from outside the door wearing his wwII Army uniform.

Since that night I have noticed some spirit activity, but very little of the ominous watchfulness. I think I have finally won a long battle that has plagued me since Late 2000.

Thank you for hanging in there through my long account.
