Holy OBE!

I was just researching obe's and found out that I more than likely have had many obe's and didn't even know it!Appearently, and I don't know if this is true, but if you've had the feeling of(while you're asleep) falling which causes a feeling of a sudden jolt or shock that wakes you up, you've probably just had an obe! The reason for the jolt or whatever, is that you are not practiced enough and your spirit returns to the mortal body with too much velocity(speed). I remember having the strangest dreams during these times. I don't remember what the dreams were now, but while I lived in Antelope Arizona, my brother sat on the opposite couch of me and would be laughing at me when this happened to me. The same "dream" and the same jolt/feeling of falling happened four times within ten minutes in just that night alone!
