Trapped Soul in My Dream

Since I was a teen (I'm now 25) I have had many encounters with spirits-particularly trapped ones. I have heard them say "please help me". This is one of those experiences.

I was resting on my bed one afternoon when I heard a man in my room whispering to me. He was asking for help and was saying that he didn't know where he was. I was pretty freaked out when he started to become agitated as his whispers became faster and louder.

Anyway I had to go pick my son up from school and didn't want to focus on it cuz I was still pretty freaked out. That night when I went to bed I had to sleep with the lamp and music on. I had a dream that I was in my bedroom and I was standing in front of my dressing table and the drawers shot out of the dresser. I felt scared, then they returned to normal and repeated again.

Then I was in the hallway looking into my bedroom door and standing in the doorway was a man between 35- 40. He had black curly hair and was unshaven. He wore black jeans and a cream coloured woolen jumper. He asked me to help him again and said that he was the man that needed help in my room earlier. I told him "go to the White Light". He then asked "which one?" Then I woke up.

I believe in astral travel and feel that because I couldn't talk with him or understand him properly in the physical he came to me for help while I was in 'dreamland'. I haven't heard from him since although other trapped spirits have come to me also wanting help. I haven't met them in my dreams that I know of or can remember! haha and it sometimes freaks me out.
