Figure in My T.V..

i don't know what's going on. almost everynight i see a black figure coming towards me on my t.v. screen. it's a male figure and it moves kind of slow. it really scares me. i tryed to show other people it won't show itself only when i'm alone. i don't know what is it or if i'm going crazy if anyone knows what it is please tell me, i don't know if i'm going crazy but i can't even sleep with the lights off anymore. please help me .it only shows up when the screen is completle black like when i'm changing chanels... please if this has happend to you let me know please
