The Ghost and the Television

About five years ago, I began to notice that when I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, that my living room stereo would be on, and I'd walk in and turn it off. Days later I would be out for an afternoon, and I would come in and again the stereo was on.

One time I was hanging an oil painting of an angel that I had picked up at a garage sale, and as I was hanging it on my wall, at that exact moment, Angel.. by Annie Lennox came on really loud. Scared me, pretty bad. So wierd.

Then months went by and one day I was in a motel room with my boyfriend, and the TV just came on all by itself. Since then, over the past 4 years or so, the TV has come on by itself, in over a half dozen different locations I have been in. Friends houses, an apartment in San Diego and motel rooms I have stayed in. The last time was just a few days ago in San Francisco. Luckily this has happened in front of my boyfriend atleast twice, in his home, so I do have a witness. I am not nuts.

One night a really strange thing happened. The stereo in the apartment below me, came on, but the people were out of town. It was so loud in the middle of the night, the apartment manager had to come in and turn it off. I remember I got so upset about the music I got up and stormed into the hallway of my home, and the light in the hall came on all by itself. The stereo in that apartment would often come on all by itself in the middle of the night, I would go over to turn it down and it would turn up louder. I would have to unplug it, to make it stop. I finally gave that stereo away.

Then one day I was driving my car, and I pulled over because I realized I had lost $100.00. My stereo in my car was not on, but the motor of the car was in idle, and suddenly the stereo just clicked on and started playing "In the arms of the angels."

This has happened to me so much, that it doesn't surprise me anymore. My sister died about 4 months before the first occurence of the electricity thing. I think it must be her. I definitely have a ghost. I just wonder what she is trying to say. Other than she still exists on the other side and wants me to know she is around.
