Haunted Beauty Parlor

This building is located in College Park Florida. It is an old residence that has been converted in to a beauty parlor (saloon). Two of the rooms in the back are dedicated to specialized treatments. There are no windows in either room. No one likes to work in either room. One room is particularly strange: the room lights flicker and often explode, and the electric clocks do not keep time. Other electrical equipment in this room breaks down or malfunctions. Some people can sense a cold spot near the center of the room (I could not feel a cold spot but I got goose bumps on my arm when I placed my hand in the center of the room). All of the photographs that I took of this room turned out normal.
Joyce M. who works in the adjacent room once took a nap in this room before going home. She woke up from a horrible nightmare (so bad that she could not remember nor did she want to remember). A tape recorder was set up in the room but it turned itself off several times. Voices and footsteps were recorded (but this sound could have been picked up from the adjacent room).
The owners did consult a medium. This medium said that she was able to help the spirits haunting this house to pass on to the other side. The "haunting" still continued. My wife made contact a female spirit that had not crossed over to the other side! This person had died during the early late 10's or early 20's. This person had either been killed or died a very unpleasant death. We decided to not interfere or investigate any more. We suggested to the owner to consult another medium.
After some construction work was performed on side of the house the overhead light and electrical outlets in that room behaved so erratically that an electrician was hired to examine the wiring. A ladder/trapdoor was located in the hallway between the circuit breaker and this room. The electrician climbed up into the attic and started checking around for loose connections. The electrician was using a voltage sensor to check for energized wires. He checked all of the wires that ran to and around the light fixture (some were buried in the insulation). When he pulled on one of the energized wires he found that this wire was not connected to any anything!
He promptly backed out of the attic. He spotted Joyce in the hallway and told her what he had discovered. Joyce told him that it was ok that the ghost just liked to play with electricity! The electrician did not go back up into the attic again but quickly left the building.
