Where Did I Go?

All of my life, for as long as I can remember, I have been having OOBE's. What will generally happen is I'll either be lying down in bed or on the couch, completely relaxed, and the next thing I notice is that a large chunk of time has lapsed and my left arm, ALWAYS my left arm, is up in the air, just of its own accord. I never have any memory of where I've been or what I've done, but I know I've been somewhere.

There are occassions I find myself getting ready to take one of my trips because I'll notice my left arm in the air. Rarely, but once in a blue moon, I notice my left arm begin to raise up into the air. I wonder why it happens that way and I wonder why I can never remember what happened. I must admit that I take a pretty heavy dose of psychiatric medications for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia, but only since I've been 21. I'll be 28 next week. And I've been having these experiences for as long as my memory goes back. Which is about to age 3.

Does anyone know how I could make myself remember what's going on during OOBE's? I would love it if you have any ideas to share with me. Feel free to send me an e-mail. Just be sure to put in the subject line something I'll recognize as being a response from this website, else I may discard it if I don't recognize the e-mail address. Thanks a bunch and thanks for reading my story.
