Angel Story

We, my boyfriend and my two children were in our family car heading to a popular picnic spot about 30 klms from our home town. I was driving. Not long after we had turned onto the dirt road, I felt a rather hard hit on my foot on the accelerator. Thinking something had dropped I thought of pulling up to see what it was, but then thought we were nearly there I will have a look when we get there,.... we never did.

A loud bang was heard and my car started fish tailing up the road, then as I hit the brakes it swerved toward a tree, knowing we would impact I grabbed the wheel tight and tried to steer out of it. The car spun and then tipped over. we all got out uninjured and some passers by helped me turn my car over and I drove it home after a tyre change which was what caused the accident, a blow out.

I feel that hard tap on my foot that day was an angel trying to stop me from going any further. Which I didnt heed, we are all extremely lucky we weren't hurt as my son was not wearing his seat belt.
