Family in My Home

Ever since we moved in to my grandmas house after she died it feels odd. Things keep moving and i can hear voices. I dont know if there was a family living there before her, but i do know that there is another family living there as well as us. I'm only 15 but when i walk in certian places i get a very cold chill run through my body. I was sat in our living room and i looked on the floor and there was a box of childrens toys. then it suddenly disapeared. i was thinking this shouldnt be right as i'm an only child. Then i was hearing a child saying "play with me" and i keep hearing it along with adults voices. I was lieing in bed with my little light on when i saw a girl about 7 years old sat on a chair by mu door. she looked at me and said "Dont be scared" and then disappeared. I don't even have a chair in my room. I have seen a man and a lady walking around our house and i have also seen other objects that are not there. i have told one of my friends about it and she thinks i'm mad. my mum thinks it's lack of sleep but we have been living here for a year and i have had it the whole time. i even got it when my grandma lived here. I dont think i'm mad but i do believe that there are ghosts or spirtis in our house and i have heard someone saying my name from the loft. I dont think they are mean. i think they are nice and won't hurt us, like the girl said "Dont be scared"
