ok... this happened right after my grandmother died. i have had several experiences but this one wasn't comforting nor was it menacing.

ok... my grandmother died the day me and my dad were supposed to drive back home to Columbia, South Carolina with my little sister. i was in the middle of making my prom dress before we were to leave and my mom called from my grandmother's house. she crying and she asked for dad. so, i handed my cell phone to my dad. she told him that my grandmother had died. so, after they finished talking i called my boyfriend and told him that it was gonna be hard but that i'd try to make it to prom. i was sad, but i couldn't let this bring me down. the thing is, while i was talking to my boyfriend, i kept hearing a woman's voice. i couldn't understand what she was saying. earlier that morning my dad had woken up to the voice of a woman saying, "it's time," and "it's time to let go." this happened at my aunt's house. we've all had seperate experiences in that house. ok, back to the story...

well, me, my dad, and little sister headed back to my g-ma's house where my relatives and mom were. we stayed there until the funeral. the thing is, me and my dad kept smelling this floral perfume. a lot of the time people just said that it was just all the flowers that had been sent for the death of my grandmother. the thing is, me and my dad could feel the presence of a woman and things kept disappearing. me and my dad just decided that there was a woman in the house that was there to help out... it wasn't my grandmother because she NEVER wore perfume unless to go to church.

actually, now that i think about it, it could have been my great-grandmother that had died at the beginning of the school year. she used to wear the STRONGEST floral perfume.

anywayz... in the end... someone was there that had NEVER been there before and she showed up the day my grandmother died...
