Hearing Voices

I was staying in a ladies' army base hostel. I've always been afraid of ghosts and I was given a singles room. It was the holidays and the hostel was not fully occupied. as i was afraid, i slept with the lights on. i couldnt sleep due to fear & the light being too bright, so i laid on my back and stared at the light. my head started throbbing and the edges of my vision seemed to be swimming & heart beating really fast. it felt like i was losing control. then i heard a voice (not sure it's spoken or in my head) it was a deep voice, not mine. It spoke these few words: You MAY NOT(cannot?) ENTER THIS BODY!

after that, i was wide awake and clear headed again
