A Heavenly Experience

It was March 1989.I had just had my baby, he was 3 weeks old. I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, then another pain hit me,I fell to ground. Needless to say, the ambulance rushed me to the hospital which was foty-five minutes away,we live in a small rural town. My mother rode in the ambulance with me and my brother who was 17 at that time rode with my husband in our vehicle. I was realeased at 2:30 a.m.,the pain was due to gallstones.

With a 3 week old baby nethier my husband or I had,had any sleep. My mother could not see at night,that left my husband to drive.My mother knew we had not been able to sleep much due to the baby, and had ask my brother to make conversation to my husband so he would not fall asleep.I had been given pain medication at the hospital and was drifting on and off.The road was really isolated,and there were no lighting whatsoever.We were getting close to a dangerous curve. I opened my eyes,many accidents had ocurred there before.Later, my husband explained to me that he had been closing his eyes for seconds,and that he thought to himself if only I can pass that curve,I am going to be ok.

As he got closer, all of a sudden his eyes got heavier,and he started praying let me get to the curve.Just when he felt he was going to fall asleep he saw a bright light ( like a fireball )he whispered "what is that?" I could see the shape of a man in a long white robe.The robe was wrapped around him and he was full of light,like a bluish,white light.As we got closer I noticed his arms were extended and he was floating.I never saw his face,but I was awed by the light, like a peace had surrounded me.

My mother never saw the figure she was asleep.MY husband was wide awake by then, and asked me did you see that? I answered yes, he said did you see his face? No,I answered, did you? yes he said I did. When we got home we talked about it.He told me what he had seen,which was the same what I had seen.He then went on to descibe the figure's face, he was white, with a beard,long hair with a peaceful smile.He told me that as long as he lived he was never going to forget that experience.

My mother visited the next day and my brother tagged along.My mother asked me if I had witnessed the apparition last night and I explained her what we had seen. I asked her why? She explained my brother hadn't been able to sleep and that he also had seen the figure's face.

There never has been an explanation for that night.My brother saw it one more time though.My husband died of cancer 3 yrs later,he did not suffer,he died 3wks after he was diagnosed.He had a very peaceful death.My borther died in a car accident in 1999 , on that same road.They were both 26yrs old at the time of their deaths.
