It's Creeping Me Out

I have been experiencing this ghost/spirit for about 5 months now its starting to creep me out. It all started when one day i came in from outside and went to go take my boots off. When i went down to go untie my boot there was a faint gils voice saying my name "nick". It gets evn weirder. A couple of times a week right before i go to bed i hear strange noises. Sometimes its as if someones tapping the end of my bed softly and sometimes its as if someones saying something. I once heard a man who was not there say "dont go to sleep". The other night it sounded as if someone had snapped loudly. When im home alone i hear doors opening. I have used a ouija board(hope i spelled that right) and a spirit said its name was kathy and that she had died in 1987. I know that shes not just walking around doing what she would have before she died because my house was built in 1992. If anyone can give me any ideas on how to tell if its really a ghost or my mind playing with me just comment this story Thank You
