5 years ago, I was suffering from 3rd stage Breast cancer and was living in the city of Chicago with only my boyfriend at the time taking care of me. One weekend, my brother and his wife invited me to stay with them in Indianapolis, IN for about a week to recuperate after a session of chemo. After a day of the chemo medication, taxol, pain would shoot in and out of my lower extremities where I could barely walk.

Well, one night, I was laying on the living room couch of my brother's home after a night of watching TV and unsuccessfully trying to go to sleep. My fitful night kept me awake because of the growing pain in both my legs and feet from the chemotherapy. I could barely get to sleep. I always had to adjust my body just to try to alleviate the pain.

Well, I guess I was so exhausted from tossing and turning, I must have fell asleep or something. I found myself in this dark room at the foot of a long hanging cord or some kind of rope. I was kneeling down on the floor and then I was stood up. From what I can remember, to the right side of me, this entity approached me and said calmly, "Everything will be okay." He/she then proceeded to gently plant a kiss on my right cheek.

I didn't have the time to registered what was going on, for all of a sudden I felt this vacuum or whooshing sensation as if my spirit was being sucked back down, head first into my body. It was the most weirdest feeling I've ever experienced. I slowly woke up and laid still for a moment. I noticed immediately I didn't have any pain in my legs. Then whoosh! The pain quickly rushed back into me and I was reminded of what I was going through.

I felt so excited to have this experience. It was as if I was never spiritually alone. My angel was really protecting me and looking out for my well being.

Well, one night back home in my apartment, I was confirmed of my angelic protector. One night, once again, after a day of another round of chemo, I was laying on my couch crying and withering with pain from the medication. I felt no relief from anything I've taken to relieve the pain. And what made it worst, my boyfriend at the time was not by my side to comfort me. Well, at this point, I was in and out of consciousness, half watching and listening to the TV with my back turned away from it, when all of a sudden I felt someone bend down and kiss me on my right cheek as I laid on my side. I immediately jumped up to see if anyone was there. But there wasn't. I knew it had to have been an Angel who heard me crying through pain and loneliness.

I've since recovered from my breast cancer, and I know I will always be forever grateful for my angel for keeping me company and reassuring me with his/her angelic healing kisses. Whoever you are - I LOVE YOU. XOXO
