Little Girl Ghost

I was driving down Rt 571 about two blocks from my home when I saw a little girl about 4 or 5 years old in a white dress playing in her front lawn. It was 3:30 am as I was finishing my night shift. She never looked up just twirled her dress. To this day I do not know what I saw and wish I could have gone back and spoken to her. Now each time I drive by I see a carousel monument about 3 ft in the middle of the yard..I wish I had enough courage to research this further..I also sleep walk frequently and two times have awakened in the night to a little girl at the bottom of my bed bleeding. I would sleep walk to the kitchen sink and wipe her off with a wet towel. I know this actually happens because my father had been awakened once by the running water in the sink.. Who is this little girl ?? What can i do?
