My OOBE

Well, im a teenager, and this happened about a week ago.

I was in bed trying to fall asleep. I suddenly felt paralyzed. Then I found myself above my body floating into the sky! I saw myself in bed just sleeping. After about a minute I was back into my body and I was awake again. This is my only OOBE I have ever experienced.
