Submitted on October 7, 2007. In January of 1973 I was at a friends apartment. I had just smoked marijuana for the first time. A few minutes later, I had to use the bathroom. I got up to walk down the hallway to use the facilities and I realized that I was watching myself walk down the hall from a few feet above and behind myself. It was confusing, but fun at the same time. The experience continued while I was standing in front of the toilet until I finished my business and on my return trip to the kitchen until I sat down at the kitchen table where we were gathered, when I sank down back into my body. I told my friend about this and she just laughed to me and told me that I was just loaded. It was very real to me and I am disappointed that it has never happened again.
