The Out Of Body Experience

My out of body experience happened just last month in march. This is when you experience the feeling of being out of your body somewhere else than you were just a minute ago. I was in my bedroom just watching TV, and I turned it off because I was feeling very tired all of the sudden. Then, as soon as I had turned it off, I was as my sister later told me, asleep. I felt like I was on a roller coaster going up and down and my stomach started to feel sick. Thats when I finally got to wherever I was meant to go. I think it was somewhere on an island somewhere. It looked peaceful but to me, it did not feel that way at all. That was when I started walking. I can not explain it really, It felt in my mind like the word island but there was no beach and there was barely any sun. There were no houses as far as I could see and the ocean did not make waves. Even the sand was a darker color than mentioned. When I " woke up " I still had that feeling in my stomach from the roller coaster. I knew that it was not a dream because I remembered it all very clearly and still remember it like i was just there. I do not have any idea how I got there, wherever it was, and why I was even there. But I have a guess as to why. I think it was to show me of all of the hardships that might be coming for me. But, who knows.
