I'm not really sure why this happened, but my mom once had a out of body experience. She was sleeping, when she felt as if her soul was being pulled out of her. She remembers trying to speak, but no words came out. Desperately trying to get my father's attention, she knew that something terrible would happen if she diddn't get his attention. My dad finally woke her up before this horrible fate over took her. I was scared and so was my dad, but we knew that this was no joke. I have never seen my mom's eyes so fearful before and I know that whatever that was, it was the most scary experience of her life.
