Saved by an Angel

I really don't remember how old I was when this happened, but it was on a Sunday right after morning service, and I was waiting out by the car for my mom to get done talking to her friends and we could go home.

The way the church parking lot is set up, there is a large grassy area right in front of the sanctuary behind the road, and it is divided by a dirt path. We were parked on one side of the path.

I was getting impatient and decided to go after my mom. I started across the dirt path - and the next thing I knew I was on my butt and a white car was flying past me. I had almost stepped out in front of it.

I remember the distinct impression of either being pushed or pulled, I can't remember which, but when I stood up to look around, I was the only one out there. I was alone.

Thank God for guardian angels. I know mine was watching over me that day!
