Saying Goodbye

Three months after my second son was born I had a dream about my ex boyfriend of whom I'd spent many years with but had not had contact with in about 1.5 years.. I dreamt I was holding my son and standing on a street corner when I looked and noticed my ex standing with his father but more like walking behind him as though he was following him. they were both dressed in tuxedos or very nice suits, anyway he looked back and me waved and said "I love you" and continued to walk away following his father. I said "wait stop I want to show you my new son" but he kept going so I said "its okay, I'll see you on the other side".. he disappeared and I woke up

One week later I got a call from his brother that he had passed away that week before. Was he saying goodbye after the death before I received the call.. was his father a symbol of a high power and the other side being the after life..maybe not but that's what I will always believe in my heart
