Tears of Blood

Well, I'm 17 now, but this happened when I was 14. It was around 7 pm and me and my friends were just heading to the bathrooms to take a shower (We were in a boarding school). In the bathroom, something happened. The tiles in the bathroom each had a painting of someone. I saw one of them crying. Red tears. I pulled on my clothes and ran straight toward the common room.
I realized I was late for my lessons. I grabbed my bag from the table and ran out. As I came near the classroom, something caught me and I tripped. I got up and ran. I looked back just in time to see something dripping from the 'eyes' of a statue. I saw tears... red tears... like I had seen from the tile in the bathroom. Was this a curse? I looked around.
The corridor was deserted, suddenly two of my classmates came around the corridor. I stared at the statue again. It was there, as if nothing had happened. Either my classmate was startled to see me there, or she had seen something, she screamed and ran out.
I felt that my dormitory and my common room was the only place I was safe. Soon, I spent most of my time in the common room. I never used to stay alone anywhere.
One day, me and my friend were hungry right after we had our lunch. We still had 1 hour before lessons started, so we headed off to the kitchen. Once we came near to the kitchen, my friend had to run off to the bathroom, and she said for me to bring a snack for her to the common room.
I entered the kitchen and as I opened the fridge, I heard someone crying. I heard a voice it said 'tears of blood' over and over again. I ran from the kitchen. I got to the common room, my friends were sitting at a table surprised to see me panting. I tried to explain to them what happened, but then I saw a small girl crying in a corner of the common room... red tears.
I knew she must be a spirit. No one else saw her... The as if someone had held my tongue, I was'nt able to explain what had happened. I only managed to say 'tears of blood'.
