What Was That? A Jinn or a Ghost?

I am from Pakistan (Indian Subcontinent), which is a land of big mysteries and mystics. It happened to me almost 5 years ago when I was about 18 year old. I was awaked by a loud cry when I was sleeping in open air at the roof of my house. I rushed descending the stairs. The cry actually was that of a girl who lived in the adjacent house. In the morning, I was informed that a ghost took hold of girls hand/wrist last night when she was sleeping. I made fun of it. The next night when I was sleeping I also got afraid.. this time someone had clutched my own hand wrist!! I waked up instantly after feeling the sensation of ghost-touch.. neither cool nor hot but temperature-less like a bone.. I couldnt see what was actually that..

This is a true story of my life!!
