Wondering Why

one night while living with my mum , everyone had gone to bed and there were only my mum my sister and i up at the time. i was sitting closest to the hall way looking around cause my mum had said her place has ghost's here .. my mum had been cleaning up and she had put my brothers shoes in his room near the window away from the door and about 20 mins later i just looked down the hall way and saw a pair of shoes coming out of the bed room and started coming down the hall .. it was like they were floating in mid air .. i froze and didn't know what to do. i just kept looking at the shoes moving. i told my mum and she went down to the room and put them back. she had also started talking to whatever it was, then come back in the lounge room. i still watched down the hall, and it had happened again. mum told me to come down there with her to see what it wanted or if anything would happen. i went to my brothers room and it was so cold i couldn't beleieve it ..i couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. i was so scared...not long after i had moved out of my mum's and got my own place ...my mum still lives in the same place now ..
