I had a spinal tap and one of the side effects afterwards I'm told is migraine headaches . Well, I was having terrible migraines and terrible nightmares when I would go to sleep. These nightmares would wake me up and the pain no matter what I would take kept me up, so I just slept on the sofa. I would bearly get enough sleep.

One day I finally prayed to God that I would have a peaceful night's sleep and not have these horrible nightmares. The same day that I prayed this prayer I went to sleep that night and had heavenly dreams, peaceful dreams and when I woke up I just laid on my back for about thirty seconds thinking to myself wow what a difference! I felt really good no headache on waking just peace. All of the sudden I lifed my head up to look down at the end of the sofa and I saw the most beautiful spirit sitting at the end of my feet . It was a shadow, but the shadow was white instead of black. It had long shoulder length hair and a straight profile, and it had a robe on with a belt in the middle. As soon as it realized that my eyes were on it , it stood straight up and seemingly marched away as if someone had told it to leave as soon as I saw it. Like someone who was taking a direct order to leave. I'll never forget how it made me feel. I was surprised when I saw it but not afraid. As it went straight ahead it faded. When it faded I said Lord have mercy, what was that!? Then God gently reminded me that was my Angel He sent for me that I prayed for to give me a peaceful sleep. Then I said Thank you Lord.
