I Saw God in the Way Prophets Had Seen

I am 20 and I live in Iran, Tabriz city (Northwestern Iran). I'm Azeri Turkish like 30% of Iranians (not Persian).

What I'm going to tell you is really strange. Some people even mocked me, but I don't really care about what others tell me. I know what I saw was real as I am, and that's what matters to me.

I'll try to be to the point. When I was 6, I began to wonder what God was. Well, you know that most Iranians are Muslims, so am I, so I heard about God and thought to myself, What is God anyway?!!!! Well, you really don't expect a 6 year old child to "understand" who God is. Do you? One day I asked my mother "Who/what is God?". She just said that he was our creator. Then I started to think, well, if he has created all these things, then he possibly looks like all the things he has created! I thought "everything was God" since nothing exists without him, so he's gotta look like everything! A mixture of all the things we see in our daily lives! cars, houses, .......

That night, before I went to sleep, I asked my mother if God would reveal himself to me if I asked him to. She told me that children had pure hearts and that God would make their wishes in a heartbeat! So I really asked God to show himself to me! And because of my mom's words I was confident that I'd definitely see him!

What I saw was in no way a dream. It was so real. Besides, since as a child I had to idea of what God was, it was quite improbable for me to see things the way I saw. Here's what I saw: I was walking in a corridor, it was a very narrow one and a long green rug was on the floor, as long as the corridor itself. It was not the kind of green color I liked.It was light green. There was a window at the end of the corridor. I went closer to it and suddenly it opened. WOW! Outside the window was a fantastic view.It was awesome. So Beautiful. I'll try to describe it to you:

First of all, the space outside the window had the color of a beautiful pink color. And I really mean beautiful! The kind of pink I like.There was a very bright light shining in the center of this pink-colored dream-like space. It was far brighter than the sun, and small lights of all size similar to white clouds were slowly circling the central light. I believe they were angles. Suddenly, there was a strong voice which told me this exact words but in Persian! "I am God.All humans must obey me."

The exact Persian words I heard were: "man khoda hastam.hemeye ensaan ha bayad az man etaa'at konand."

For some reason I don't remember what happened next. I believe that God was revealed to me the way he had to the prophets (a light), because God is not something to be seen.

Anyway, whether you believe this or not, that's what I saw and since then I've always been blessed by God. I hope you have enjoyed reading about God, but please do not think that's what God looks like. God looks like nothing. It's just the way we can perceive him. At the age of 6 I didn't know that "all humans must obey God.", but now I know it. This is possibly the most beautiful experience one might ever have in his/her life. I'm thankful to God for showing me, what he had shown to only a few of his special prophets like prophet Mohammad, Moses and more likely Jesus Christ. Peace be upon them all.
