OBE or Not?

Hi,

My brother has been having strange experiences in the past 3 weeks. I have read up on what exactly an OBE is but unfortunately, I'm more confused than ever. They seem to suggest that you are semi-conscious/leaving a state of rest at the time but he has experienced this in the middle of the day while working. He is standing at work when he is pulled from his body and sees himself walking away essentially. Then he can see himself yards away looking back at himself. There is no bright lights or chills he feels. Is it possible that stress can bring this on? Is this actually an out of body experience if he is awake or does it mean something bad? As you can imagine, he was a little shaken.

Any advise would be appreciated.
