Scared Out of Being Out of My Body

This is quite a short story, as my experience was short too. I was sleeping in my bed, when I started dreaming. Well I first thought it was dream, and I hope it was a dream... I was floating near the ceiling, and I could watch around me. I saw everything in my room in places they were in real life, and I was like resting on the ceiling. Then I saw myself sleeping. I was so freakin' scared that I woke up. I realized that I slept really in the same position that I saw in my dream (if it was a dream), and this also felt so real... I had never seen a dream that felt so real. I thougth that I had heard of these out of body experiences, but I rejected that idea. That has been the most scaring dream I have had. But it also helped me to understand, that those things could be real... As I have also experienced one myself.
